Community Guidelines
Last updated: 1 May 2026 · Turtle Technologies Ltd
Clearbridge is a professional platform built on trust. These Community Guidelines set the standard for how everyone — candidates, employers, and visitors — should behave on the Platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Be honest
Your profile and applications must accurately represent your experience, qualifications, and identity. This means:
- Do not misrepresent your job titles, responsibilities, or dates of employment.
- Do not claim qualifications or certifications you do not hold.
- Do not create fake profiles or impersonate other people.
- Do not submit applications on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent.
Be professional
Every interaction on Clearbridge should reflect the standard you would want to see in a professional workplace. This applies to messages, profile content, job descriptions, and application responses.
Be respectful
Treat every person on the Platform with dignity and respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
- Discrimination based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
- Sharing offensive, abusive, or hateful content.
- Making unwanted romantic or sexual advances toward other users.
Post genuine opportunities
Employers must only post real, current, and lawful job opportunities. The following are prohibited:
- Ghost jobs — roles posted with no genuine intention to hire.
- Misleading job descriptions that misrepresent the role, salary, location, or employer.
- Roles that require candidates to pay fees to apply or to start work.
- Multi-level marketing or commission-only roles that are not clearly disclosed as such.
- Any role that discriminates unlawfully under the Equality Act 2010.
Protect privacy
Respect the privacy of other users at all times:
- Do not share personal information about other users outside the Platform without their consent.
- Do not attempt to contact candidates or employers through channels outside Clearbridge without their explicit consent.
- Employers must use candidate data only for the specific recruitment process for which it was submitted.
No spam or unsolicited commercial messages
Do not use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages, advertise unrelated products or services, or solicit users for purposes unrelated to recruitment.
No illegal content
You must not post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal under UK law, including but not limited to content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or constitutes child sexual abuse material.
Reporting violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, please contact us at jobs@clearbridgetalent.co.uk. We review all reports and take appropriate action, typically within 5 working days.
Enforcement
Clearbridge reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Guidelines, without prior notice. Serious violations — including illegal activity or fraud — will be reported to the relevant authorities.
